Since 1972, Stratford Management has managed affordable housing in Bloomfield and Wethersfield, CT.

The properties are HUD-subsidized to make housing more affordable.
There are income limits for applicants which change annually and are set by HUD.

Most apartments are Section 8.
At Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Village some apartments are Section 236, which are market rate affordable apartments.
For both subsidies rents are based on 30% of residents income.

For all properties we consider reasonable accommodation requests such as ramps, handrails and other accessibility requests.
