Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Villlage are affordable, income based, apartments for adults 62 and older.
At least one household member must be 62 years of age or older at the time of application.

HOUSING SUBSIDIES SUBJECT TO HUD INCOME LIMITS, ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND UNIT AVAILABILITY

The properties are HUD-subsidized to make housing more affordable. There are income limits for applicants which change annually and are set by HUD.
​
Most apartments are Section 8. At Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Village some are Section 236 which are market rate affordable apartments. Both subsidies are based on 30% of residents income.
​
For all properties we consider reasonable accommodation requests such as ramps, handrails and other accessibility requests.
