Is there a waitlist?
Yes.
The waitlist is currently about 2 years or more.
Applications are still being accepted for market rent apartments at Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Village subject to minimum income requirements, please call us to discuss your eligibility.
The Section 8 waitlist is currently closed for all properties.
Are utilities included?
Included utilities vary by property.​
Do you provide housing options for applicants of all ages and income ranges?
Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Village are age-restricted communities providing affordable studio and 1-bedroom apartments for adults age 62 and older.
Lasher Court provides affordable 1 bedroom apartments for adults with disabilities.

All apartments are subject to HUD income guidelines which are updated annually.
Are the properties smoke free?
Yes.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
There are no lighted materials allowed including candles and incense.
Is there an elevator?
No we do not have an elevator at Interfaith Homes and Interfaith Village.
Lasher Court is a single story, fully accessible building.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, our pet policy allows small pets. Cats and dogs must be under 25 pounds. There is a pet deposit fee of $300.00 at Interfaith Homes and Village (waived at Lasher Court).
Do you have a dog park where pets can play?
No, we do not currently have a dog park but there are multiple paths and parks in the area.
Is there on-site storage available?
Onsite storage is available for Interfaith Village residents.
We do not offer on-site storage at Interfaith Homes or Lasher Court.
Do you provide transportation services?
We do not provide direct transportation services.
The towns provide transportation services for medical and shopping needs.
The Resident Services Coordinator can provide information and assist residents on how to schedule transportation services to and from appointments.
